Transport Terms & Conditions

Our Terms & Conditions explain the responsibilities, expectations and service standards for all
transport bookings made with DMS Assisted Transport. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood and agreed to these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings must include accurate details including pickup location, destination, mobility needs and timing.
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect scheduling, availability or pricing.

2. Arrival & Waiting Time

Drivers aim to arrive promptly, however delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
If a passenger is not ready at the booked time, waiting fees may apply.

3. Passenger Safety & Behaviour

Seatbelts must be worn unless medically exempt. Passengers must follow driver instructions at all times.
Aggressive or unsafe behaviour may result in service refusal to protect the safety of all involved.

4. Wheelchair & Mobility Requirements

Mobility aids must be safe, functional and able to be secured correctly. If a wheelchair or device cannot
be transported safely, the driver may decline or modify the trip for safety reasons.

5. Cancellations & Late Changes

Same-day cancellations, late changes or no-shows may incur fees. This ensures fair scheduling and availability
for all passengers.

6. Pricing & Additional Fees

Transport charges are based on distance, time, mobility needs and additional requirements such as waiting time,
extra stops or after-hours travel. Full details are available in our

7. NDIS, HCP & Funded Transport

Clients using NDIS or Home Care Package funding must ensure funds are available. Any ineligible or unfunded
costs may need to be paid privately. For general NDIS pricing information, visit the

8. Service Limitations

A booking may not be completed if conditions are unsafe, incorrect details are provided, behaviour concerns arise,
or circumstances occur outside our control (e.g., road closures, weather events).

9. Personal Items

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. DMS Assisted Transport is not liable for items lost,
left behind or damaged during travel.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal information is collected and stored securely and used only for service delivery, compliance and safety.

11. Liability

DMS Assisted Transport is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by traffic, weather, medical incidents
or other events outside our control.

12. Acceptance of These Terms

By confirming your booking, you agree to these Transport Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that services
will be delivered in accordance with these guidelines.
